It's another busy weekend for Fresno's music scene.

Pick from religious rap, new sounds from The Dalloways, a weekend's worth of Christmas options, some hard rock and another Greytank Records show.

Pop crusaders The Dalloways are back with new members and a new CD, "Penalty Crusade."

To celebrate the album's release, the Fresno/Bakersfield atmospheric Brit-pop band (think The Smiths and Belle and Sebastian) are hosting a record release party at 8:30 p.m. today at Club Fred.

The Dalloways feature two members of 40 Watt Hype, drummer Aaron Wall and guitarist Ricky Gonzalez along with Gerhard Enns on vocals and guitars, Matt Wall on bass and Nico Rhodes on keyboards.

Sleepover Disaster and Same Shape also will perform.

Tickets cost $6.
