[P]remiere Central Valley band, The Dalloways is actually a Bakersfield-Fresno hybrid without a label but looking to jump on one with its niche genre; California Brit pop. Imagine if Morrissey had a Latino guitarist and a keyboardist with Blondie sex appeal. They've got crossover bandmates in Aaron Wall and Ricky Gonzales from Fresno hip hop band, 40 Watt Hype. The Dalloways album The Distant Fairs is sure to be a masterpiece alongside their debut 2005 album, Penalty Crusade.
