The shortest distance between your CAD model and a certified precision part is a direct relationship with the factory floor. No trading companies, no re-exporters — just engineers speaking to engineers in the West Midlands.
Speak directly to our programmers and machinists. Zero technical translation loss, immediate DFM feedback, and no account manager acting as a barrier between you and the shop floor.
From a single first-article prototype to high-volume production runs. Your complex 5-axis component receives the same engineering discipline regardless of quantity.
As a focused British precision shop, we respond and adapt in ways that large factories structurally cannot. Owner-led quality culture means decisions happen on the floor, not in committee.
Your CAD files are handled within a siloed data environment. Mutual NDAs are standard practice. Your designs are never shared with third parties and are purged on project completion.

From first-article prototypes to volume production, we eliminate the subcontract chain. Everything from raw billet to finished, inspected, certified component is co-ordinated through us.
Simultaneous 5-axis machining of complex geometries, deep cavities, and contoured surfaces in a single setup, eliminating fixture error and reducing cycle time.
Chucked and bar-fed components across a wide diameter range. Live tooling capability enables complete turned-and-milled parts in a single operation.
Wire EDM, die sink EDM, surface grinding, and cylindrical grinding for hardened tooling, tight-tolerance profiles, and superior surface finish beyond standard CNC capability.
Anodising (Type II & III), passivation, electropolishing, powder coating, zinc plating, nickel plating, PVD coating, and heat treatment. All co-ordinated and delivered by us.
CAD-to-part at speed. Complimentary DFM analysis with every enquiry, identifying cost drivers and tolerance risks before a single tool is touched.
CMM dimensional inspection, full material traceability, Material Test Reports, and Certificates of Conformance issued with every order as standard.
Precision is only as good as the machine producing it. Our Lye facility houses a curated selection of premium Korean and European CNC machine tools, continuously re-invested in to stay at the leading edge.
Selecting the correct alloy or polymer governs product lifecycle, machining strategy, cycle time, and total landed cost. All materials listed below are either held in stock or routinely sourced within short lead times for UK delivery. Full MTR and CoC documentation is standard on every order.
Tolerance note: Figures shown represent standard precision achievable under normal conditions. ±0.010mm is our ISO 2768-f standard for most materials; tighter tolerances on critical features can be agreed at quotation stage for specific geometries. Tolerances for engineering plastics are wider due to inherent thermal dimensional instability.

NACE MR0175 AwarenessA transparent, engineer-led workflow with a named contact at every stage. No handoff delays, no account managers.
Send STEP, IGES, DXF, or PDF drawings securely. A mutual NDA is signed before we open any file if requested.
Our engineers review for manufacturability and return a detailed quotation promptly — including any DFM recommendations that could save you cost or improve quality.
All CAM programming is carried out in-house. Toolpaths are optimised for your material and tolerances. You retain full supply chain visibility throughout.
Parts are cut on our premium machine fleet and co-ordinated through your specified surface treatment process, delivered back to us for final inspection.
First-article CMM inspection. MTR, CoC, and dimensional reports accompany every shipment. We only dispatch parts we would be proud to receive ourselves.
Technical clarity accelerates every project. These are the questions our customers ask before placing their first order.
Our standard is ISO 2768-f across all CNC milling and turning operations, with ±0.010mm achievable as a working baseline on most geometries and materials. On critical features — bores, shaft diameters, and precision fits — tighter tolerances down to ±0.005mm are achievable by agreement. Tolerances for difficult materials (titanium, superalloys) and engineering plastics are agreed individually at quotation stage.
We operate with the agility of a focused SME. Prototype and urgent orders are prioritised and we pride ourselves on responding quickly to customer deadlines. Lead times depend on complexity, quantity, and material availability — we will always give you an honest, realistic timescale at the point of quotation rather than an optimistic number we cannot meet.
STEP (.stp / .step), IGES (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), CATIA V5, DXF, DWG, and PDF technical drawings. STEP is our preferred format for maximum geometry fidelity and fastest DFM turnaround. For legacy formats or unusual CAD exports, please contact us — we can usually accommodate.
Yes — full material traceability is standard practice on every order. We provide MTRs from our certified stockholders and a signed Certificate of Conformance. First-article inspection reports are provided on request, and can be included as standard for repeat production orders.
All enquiries are handled under a mutual NDA as standard. Your CAD files are stored in a siloed environment and are never shared with third parties. Data is permanently deleted from our systems on project completion unless you instruct otherwise in writing.
You communicate directly with our engineering team. If a revision is required after programming has begun, we provide an immediate impact assessment covering cost delta, toolpath implications, and revised lead time — without the delay that goes through a sales intermediary.
We work with UK defence contractors and are familiar with ITAR handling obligations for UK-based entities. Please contact us directly to discuss the classification requirements of your programme before submitting drawings.
There is no minimum order quantity. We regularly machine single prototypes and one-off replacement parts. Pricing reflects set-up, programming, and material procurement costs, all of which are clearly itemised so you understand exactly where cost sits across different quantities.
Send your CAD files directly to our engineering team for a prompt DFM review and cost analysis. No forms to fill in — a direct conversation with the people who will machine your parts.
